LLM-driven Industrial IoT AI IPS wins a 2026 Future Tech Award

Taiwan Tech announced that the LLM-driven lightweight AI intrusion prevention system for Industrial IoT, developed by Professor Hsin-Ming Cheng, Assistant Professor Shao-Jui Wang, and collaborators, won a 2026 Future Tech Award and will be exhibited at TIE Future Tech Pavilion from 17 to 19 September.

CyberOT Lab joins the AIS3 2026 main summer course as an instructor

CyberOT Lab taught at the AIS3 2026 main summer course, walking students through threat modeling (STRIDE) from an attacker's perspective and a hands-on ICS Cracker lab. The programme, organised by Taiwan's Ministry of Education cybersecurity talent initiative, ran from 20 to 26 July at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.

CyberOT Lab worked ICSCracker into ORing's IEC 62443-4-2 certification project, running the SVV testing and producing the evidence. TÜV SÜD awarded ORing the Cyber Security CB certificate at TÜV SÜD PSB in Singapore.
